چکیده

Abstract Mangroves are plants that have a significant role in coastal areas, which also contain various bioactive components. Although it is rich compounds, its utilization still minimal. For this excuse, crucial to study and analyze the mixtures of compounds toxicity tests on some mangrove leaf extracts. This research aimed specify content several The procedures consist sampling sample preparation, extraction with 70% alcohol, Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) testing, data analysis using probit analysis. were measured by qualitative research. results showed four extracts ( Avicennia sp., R.apiculata, A.illicifolius , S.alba ) had moderate toxic content. sp. has lowest LC50 value 4.87 μg / ml. Four types mangroves range, as well saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, phenolic compounds.
